Asian Studies Open Day

Hey peeps. Just wanted to inform you of the Asian Studies Open Day thing at the ANU happening on WEDNESDAY the 7th of JUNE!! It starts at 9.30 (so yes, you get to miss out on school) and goes until about 2.30 in the afternoon I think. You should all go! There's free food for a start, and if you talk to Murray and get him to sign you up, it's not counted as an absense.

Ahahaha who's your friend? I'll keep an eye out for a dancing lion then go up to it and go 'Amy knows you. And I know Amy!' And then it'll turn out to be a real lion and bite my head off! Oh no! My head!! Then I won't be ablt to eat free food, so I'll cry. But I won't be able to cry either because of my lack of tear ducts from not having a head...

Well I went, and it sucked, though it did give me a surprisingly clear idea of where I'm going in the future: Somewhere! Hopefully away from dumb-ass uni lecturers who don't even know the right counter for glasses!

Also Amy I saw your friend and he did a lion dance. It was midly entertaining.

I thought it was fun. the lectures were non-informative but they had food and show bags and the other people talked about cool stuff like Indonesia and Japan and turtles and earthqaukes and conferences in Tailand

Does everyone in Tailand have a tail? Or better yet, multiple tails?
